Chef Julie's Hot Chocolate

Try a dairy-free version of a long-standing favorite. You can even customize the flavor profile by adjusting the quantity of Coconut Palm Sugar used since Hemp and nut milks have varying levels of sweetness.

INGREDIENTS

½ tsp Mesquite Powder
1½ Tbsp Navitas Organics Coconut Palm Sugar
1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Cacao Powder
1 Cup Unsweetened Original Almond Milk (or Hemp Milk)

DIRECTIONS 

In a small saucepan‚ heat all the ingredients over low until mixture is warm. Whisk to combine thoroughly or briefly whip in a blender.
