Cashew Mermaid Fudge

As if this lusciously healthy treat weren't enticing enough, we went and added some stunning Blue Majik spirulina to the mix. A fudge that's cleansing, nourishing and delicious? You should probably make it to believe it.


1 ½ cups Navitas Organics Whole Cashew Nuts

5 Tbsp. Coconut Butter

1 Tbsp. Navitas Organics Cacao Butter, melted

3 Tbsp. Raw Honey

¼ tsp Sea Salt

1 Vanilla Bean, Seeds Scraped

1 Scoop Blue Majik Spirulina


Line a loaf pan with parchment or foil. Set aside.

Pour Cashews into a food processor and blitz until they turn into cashew butter, scraping down sides as necessary.

Add the coconut butter, melted Cacao Butter, honey and salt and blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Blue Majik and blitz until swirled in to your liking.

Pour the cashew fudge into the lined loaf pan and freeze until hardened, about one hour.

Chop fudge into cubes. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy chilled.
