Cashew Chocolate Balls
These nutritious balls of energy provide a bit of sweet crunch with a boost of plant-based protein.

INGREDIENTS¼ cup Agave Nectar |
DIRECTIONSIn a food processor‚ process the Cashews until it becomes almost a flour-like consistency. (It’s okay if there are still small pieces of cashews.) Add dates and process again until it balls up. Remove mixture and place in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and freeze.
