Arthur's Ice Cream

This deep purple and delicious ice cream recipe is made even better with a boost of taste and nutrition from superfruits like Acai and blueberries.

INGREDIENTS 

2 – 14oz cans Organic Coconut Milk
1½ Cups Frozen Organic Blueberries
3 Tbsp Navitas Organics Acai Powder
1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Maqui Powder
2 Tbsp Navitas Organics Gelatinized Maca Powder
2 Tbsp Coconut Water Powder
2 Tbsp sweetener of choice (monk fruit, stevia, etc.)  
4 scoops Vanilla Egg White Protein
2 tsp Organic Vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS 

Mix all ingredients in Vitamix or high-powered blender until evenly blended. Refrigerate contents (with the blender) for up to one hour to thoroughly cool. Quickly blend to re-mix contents. Turn on ice cream maker and slowly pour in mixture. Let churn for up to 20 minutes until mixture becomes frozen, creamy ice cream!
