A Message to our Community on COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic is certainly having a huge impact on all of our day to day lives and economies around the globe. We sympathize with everyone around the U.S. and beyond who have been directly impacted by the virus. Our priority continues to be the health and well-being of our team members, their families and our community.  As we all continue to monitor the situation around the world and here at home with the spread of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we wanted to share a few updates.

While this situation continually evolves by the minute, we wanted to update everyone on how Navitas Organics is handling the issue:

1. Our Headquarters: Beginning on Friday, March 13, 2020, our headquarters in Novato, CA began to close and our team members have begun working remotely until further notice. We will be continuing to offer the best customer service possible but there could be some delays in responding to inquires through phone and email.

2. Our Operations: Order processing will continue uninterrupted, but with the increased demand on our industry and logistic partners there may be some minor delays in order fulfillment. Shipping and delivery times may be longer than our customers are accustomed to.

3. Safe Working Environment: To address the current situation, our production and distribution partners have implemented incremental processes and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for their teams, their businesses and our products. Natural food companies are playing an incredibly important role in keeping the nation’s food supply running and resilient. We encourage all consumers to buy responsibly during this time.

4. Price Gouging: We are doing our best to monitor price gouging of Navitas Organics products wherever possible. As always, the best place to purchase our products is through an authorized retailer (brick & mortar or online). Be careful to ensure when buying at Amazon.com (or other online marketplaces) that they are sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com or Navitas Organics.
