3 ½ cups Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Pecans

1/3 cup Brown Rice Syrup

3 Tbsp Cashew Butter

1/3 cup Navitas Organics Goji Berries

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Pink Salt

2 tsp Navitas Organics Lucuma

1 tsp Coconut Oil


Preheat oven to 300F.
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Spread out evenly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bakes for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix with milk of choice, snack on by the handful or use as a topping for your favorite smoothie bowl.
